A 380 GT - ram air triple two stroke- sounds like a project and a great keeper bike - the Honda is less exciting but it really would depend upon the model and age.
Think you will find that the ram air is only related to cooling not carburation - haven't seen one of these bike for a lotta years but what I remember was a "plate" across the cooling fins on the top of the cylinders - caught more air and cooled the heads.
I am a nutter for two strokes - my '68 TC-250 has been a bike of joy for many many years.
So my vote is - work some overtime - do so talking drink a little Jack ( not necessarily in that order of course) and bring home a new toy!
